February’s Brewery of the Month is Seeker Brewing from Unanderra, just south of Wollongong on the South Coast Ale Trail.

Seeker Brewing has been making waves since opening in 2022. Run by twin brothers Jeff and Curtis Argent, these guys love seeking out good waves, good trails, and of course, great beer.

Their focus has always been hop-driven brews — Hazies, Juicies and big IPAs. Their Mystic Hazy IPA recently landed at number 10 in the GABS Hottest 100 Craft Beers, which is a phenomenal achievement.
They’re constantly innovating with their Art of Flight range — big-flavoured beers in small cans, like taking a tasting paddle home with you. And more recently, they launched Art of LIGHT — low alcohol beers in big cans, which makes perfect sense.

In February — or “Collaburay” as they like to call it — they teamed up with four different breweries to create four special release hop bombs, including a Double Dry Hopped IPA and a Triple IPA.
