This week, the full program has been announced for the expanded High Country Hop Technical Symposium.
For the first time, the event will feature a dedicated Hop Sensory Expo and Workshops on Thursday, March 26 — giving brewers and industry professionals the chance to dive deep into hop aroma, flavour and selection.
Friday follows with a full day of technical presentations and networking opportunities ahead of the High Country Hop festival on Saturday.
The keynote speaker this year is Jeremy Moynier from Stone Brewing, bringing international brewing experience to regional Victoria. The Symposium will be held at the Beechworth Memorial Serviceman’s Hall, with tickets priced at $120 per person.
It’s another sign that Australia’s brewing industry continues to invest in education, collaboration and quality.
