Western Australia’s South West has another brewery to add to the list, with Saltline Brewery officially opening its doors in Dunsborough.
The brewery has taken over the former Southcamp Brewery site, but under new ownership, a new brewing team, and with a completely fresh identity inspired by the coastline that surrounds it.
Leading the project is local publican Daz Harry, whose vision is simple – every great town deserves its own brewery.
With Dunsborough attracting thousands of visitors each year, Saltline aims to become both a local meeting place and a destination for tourists, serving a range of approachable beers brewed on site, alongside great food and a relaxed beer garden.
It’s another reminder that, while parts of the industry continue to face challenges, new breweries and fresh investment are still helping Australia’s beer culture grow—especially in regional communities.
